You quoted filters, which most of us consider as Sediment and carbon block. 

Test your tap water with a quality made HM TDS meter

With respect going off the information you have put up, we've no idea what your purification set up and that you don't have a basic understanding of how a set up should work or be serviced, 

What is a PWS 350ltr system?  

You say you have 4 filters, but an R/O doesn't have 4 filters, typically they have a carbon filter to remove chlorine then a sediment filter, sometimes a useless 10" di chamber then onto R/O membranes. 

Please take a tap water tds reading and a pure output reading also put up a pic of your R/O DI set up so we can know what system you have and how best to help you.
