I'll assume when you say gutters you mean clearing the gutters. Even as a newbie that is a 2 hour max job. Not easy, or nice work, so you would want a premium to your hourly window cleaning rate. Personally that is a £60 job for me, in the North East, as it's only an hours work with the right equipment, which you probably don't have.

Sure down south it's a £100+, so just quote a price where you're happy at, and a price you get the work. Try him at a £100 and be prepared to come down a bit if he's not happy. The price you got to do the windows would give me an idea of where the gutters / fascias and soffits need to be.

£50 each side and not including gable. 2hrs it would take me. Clear gutter then clean pvc and underside of gutter with ubik. I would also clean the downpipes if pvc. I get ubik and virosol tomorrow and will be testing what one is best for cleaning pvc with a sprayer. I don't think it effects the glass, well hope so.

To vac out the gutters £50

to clean the gfs £50-60

clean the windows £10 Ime guessing as cannot see them

as others have said max of 2 hours for the lot nice easy job good little earner we do loads like this good luck with getting the job
