High tds with new membrane

Please can anybody help? Installed my new spectrum 4040 ro membrane and flushed it for 2hrs. But I'm still getting 45tds with a booster and 50/50 mix. Am I doing anything wrong? Never had to change a membrane before.

What's the incoming TDS and the TDS of the waste?

It could be that you need to alter your waste to pure ratio a little. Your incoming tds is high so I would try a 60 waste to 40 pure tbh.

You could also well find that the tds will drop when the membrane settles down. This might take a day or two.

Are you going through a di resin bottle into the tank, if so make sure you have it connected the right way, on the top it should say, in and out.
