Hose ...again

I know this seems to be a regular topic ..but I’m looking to make my day easier by changing hose from 8mm to 6mm , but wondering is it worth going straight for hose rated for hot water as I may in the future upgrade the system .....or does it not work well with cold water. If so what hose do you recommend

They are all pretty much the same, the only difference is when you use hot water it becomes more supple. The longest lasting hose I had was pure freedoms hi-viz, the rest are pretty equal.

well ive found that some reinforced hose is better than others;the last 100m i brought is shockingly poor, kinks far too easily and is wearing very fast,whereas my previous 100ms was much better!

My PF 8mm hose is over 7 years old and still going strong.

I have the PF 8mm, and no complaints , just hearing that 6 mm is so much easier to work with
