Hi.

I've been doing wfp with a Gardiner backpack for a couple of years but starting to switch to a van mount. I've just bought a second hand tank and x-line trolley to use as a van mount initially. It's got a male hoselock connector but I could do with advice on how to connect the male hoselock into microbore tubing that I plan to use off a reel. I've always used ez-snap from Gardiner previously straight from the backpack to pole hose. Any help is appreciated as the options for hose connections is baffling!!

Thanks

I assume you mean you have a 1/2" brass elbow on the reel as most of us do, Then go to gardiners website and you need to have a look at 1/2" hose connectors and their is some chrome microbore 6mm fittings which are basically microbore to hozelock fittings, Dont be tempted to buy the cheaper plastic ones as they will end up leaking.

Or do you mean that the X-Line trolley has a e-z snap type fitting as standard and you need to connect a e-x snap fitting into the trolley at one end then have a 1/2" hozelock fitting to connect to the the 1/2" brass elbow on your hose reel.
