You should get an instruction leaflet with your heater that will tell you which is in water inlet and which is the water outlet.

Its also on the heater. Look at the top of the screen at 2.32

Thankyou it was more does it connect after the pump then outlet straight to the hose outlet

Tank, pump, heater then hose reel.

You want an LPG tankless 8lpm heater. You don't want the Natural gas unit. The one in the video is a 12lpm.

You also need to instal an outside vent through the roof. I honestly don't agree with the cleaners who exhaust them into the back of their vans and leave the doors open or mount them onto their rear doors and again leave that door open.

You need to look for something like this. This is as an illustration as it says this one is 90mm.

I believe its the 100mm pipe fitting you want and if memory serves me the Rinnai heater uses the same but it was 5 years ago we did this. My mate installed a roof vent but he used a Broan roof vent and cut the roof with the right size hole saw and sealed the flange with a heat resistant silicone adhesive sealer to prevent water ingress.

He also purchased one of these flues as he needed the pipe work that came with the flue to use on the Broan vent. I believe you can source 100mm flue pipe and a 100mm flexible stainless steel to suit at someone for sells wood stoves or similar.

Take your time and research this. Try to copy what you see on catering trailers. You especially need to be very careful with your gas bottle and supply. My mate eventually removed his as he developed a leak in his gas regulator and filled the van with gas whilst he was working. His van could have gone up with a bang had a spark ignited the gas. His doors were locked and he should have had his gas bottle in a sealed cabinet with a gas escape hole drilled in the floor.

Something similar to this, but the right size for the gas bottle you are going to use.

If you have a bigger van such as a Ducato, Boxer, or Relay then I would be looking at a underslung vapour tank that you can fill up at a garage with an LPG 'pump'.

I would still look at that if I could find space behind the front seat. They come with an enclosed box that must be vented outside in he same way as an LPG conversion is done on a petrol engines car. (A tank taken from a car which has had LPG conversion isn't the same tank as a vapour tank we would use. We are looking at the same tank motorhomes use to carry gas for cooking and heating.)

There is a Youtuber who fitted a Gaslow LPG system in his camper van conversion.

This is worth a look. He is using this to run his gas Propex air heater. Its in a gas locker. There are a couple of other videos in the conversion series where he includes other information on this same topic.
