There is no set times there are many variables , is it a first clean , are you trad or wfp, how big are the windows what are they made of and so the list goes on . You will also be a lot slower until you get experience than an experienced cleaner . Guessing you are in the Fire service??

My very first house was a 2 bed semi 6 windows and 2 doors, no bays. It took me 1 hr!!!!! Now, after about 16 weeks, it takes me about 30mins from pulling up to driving off again, I am using a car and backpack so that slows me down a fair bit.

At the start don't worry about time just do a good job. Practice on your own home and any family and any friends that you can. You will need to learn what flow you need, hose management, where to park at each property, what order to do things in, the brush angle on the glass etc. It will all be a big learning curve, most important thing is do a good job.

All depends on dirt ingress, water flow, fitness, access, system,

15-20 mins first clean, Not pvc restoration

10-15 mins maintenance clean

Brilliant mate thankyou for ur most welcome message

Good to take in good advise from forum pros, I've been wfp cleaning for about 18mths now, was tough going to start with but you'll definitely get quicker and learn a technique to cut down cleaning time but with quality results, and more efficient at handling hose routes too. I questioned myself wondering if I'd cut it as a windy but best thing I've  ever done wish id done it alot sooner ?

As others have said, it varies a lot. In my area the houses are all similar-ish, so I'd say for me roughly an average of 10 mins terraced, 15 mins semi, 20 mins detached on regularly done, easy access work. Add 5 mins on for getting the pole out of the vehicle, faffing with the inevitable hose stuck on wheely bin and packing away. A bit more if you're knocking to collect.
