Using waterfed poles for trad

WCF

Help Support WCF:

you said you wanted to go up too 10 mtr i had 30ft aluminium pole the lack of flex in it more than compensated for its extra weight only cost about a quarter of same length carbon pole and i reach it over to those hard to reach windows with not much flex. like wagga u tube vids with harris pole i did same with my 30 ft pole .i like the extra toughness of aluminium poles mine really stood up to heaps of rough work i agree with back pack method .allso trolly method 35 ltr is a good size after getting this much gear its only a small step to go wfp again wagga u tube vids

As i buy my water i went wfp for under £200 for everything to get started

If yiu are in a good area and only need di it wouldn't be much more

Why mess about trad poling?

I do it sometimes as i enjoy it but nowadays it's mostly wfp as it is easier and you know you haven't left any soap behind
