If it is just green mould from damp and years of grime ubik2000 will do it

Cost's about £7.50 for 5l but then you need to add postage or £19.60 for 2x5l off ebay or amazon

It is very strong so you can dilute it down to about 1 litre for every 50 litres of water and still be effective

Some uses people dilute it a lot more than that

Spray it all over the area to be cleaned and let it dwell for 10 minutes then scrub with pole and brush and it should just melt away

If it is stubborn black lichen type mould then softwash (mix of sodium hypochlorite and surfactant ) is the way to go

Normal cleaning products like standard soap etc won't do much

You will scrub forever with just water but add ubik and this is how easy it is

Not trying to be condescending, but if you don't understand what's being said on this thread or have experience of cleaning this type of surface, then its one seriously big job to try to learn on - expensive mistakes could be made .

Do you know anyone near you that can do jobs like this? Maybe team up with them on this. You could then do the job well, learn from their experience and split the profit.

They could even price up the job, for 'you' to submit.

Use one of these poles @Clearvision and either ubik or a hypo mix and u will be grand and a stiffer brush head on yer pole

If i do it i would put a tap on the bottom as well as the top just so i could seal the hose while not in use and not get muck everywhere

It's a good job to start on because it's not a pristine house or business -I imagine they just want it looking decent not immaculate -?this would affect price / job method / quality

Yeah I'm just doing it for experience and earn money I have no over heads so it doesn't cost me anything really just a new brush head probably, and any chemicals I decide to buy, I have 3 poles a 6ft pole a 21ft grafter and a 27ft pole, ac350litre baffled tank trailer with shurflo pump a few di vessels 100m 8mm hose I can't think of anything else haha

Ok well you'd be fine using UBIK thru your shurflo and tank

as long as you rinse out after with loads of water

Don't bother buying any other kit you don't need it

Really the best way would be cover it with softwash mix ( hypo etc ) then pressure wash off but that's not what your offering and I don't think they will need it looking amazing

Is it metal or plastic ?

You don't want to scratch it with stiff brush if it's painted

Do test patch

Cover it with ubik and soft brush

See how it looks then price from there I think

You can fill your pure tank with a ubik mix no probs it will just take a lot of rinsing out but a job that size is worth it

Shurflo pump will be fine

Brush head will be shagged !

Mate use an old brush on that keep your new brush for nice Windows

Then when it's time to swap over and do Windows once pump and tank are rinsed out - put nice new brush on
