£25.00 for a 4 weekly and I live in County Durham ,But a first clean price would be 50% more as thats the most I could charge in my work area .

I can't work out how you say 30 mins for first clean then 25 mins after I spend 2-3 times longer on first cleans than on a regular cleans to make sure they come up 100% and sash windows can take a bit longer at times .

I'd be saying at least a tenner. I charge £8 fronts on two up-two downs. That's my basic setting up fee

I would be charging £30, no reduction in price. If the haggle about the price, then leave them to do them themselves, no one will do it cheaper. It always takes longer than you think and time is money.

Sorry it needs to be at least £40 any less and it's not worth your time. Don't sell yourself to cheap, go in confident and set a standard, do a good job and you won't look back.
