I Needs A New Pole

WCF

Help Support WCF:

MK i thought u wer on a tight budget mate
I told this person I would clean her windows, I really dont want to let her down and 20.00 for 5 windows is decent and I didnt know that the other people in this building are hireing someone with a cherry picker to clean there windows. They are about 30-40miles away so they must be charging a faire bit. When I told the women 20.00 she seemed to happy. Have you ever gave someone a quote and after there reaction. Got the feeling you could have charged a lot more? Its hard to explain really but that what happened. I also picked up another 3 houses on the block while I was testing the height of the pole and cleaning another house there. If me spending money on a pole gets more more work then im game.

Huh... someone getting a cherry picker to do a few flats ? How much is he charging them ? /emoticons/mellow.png LOL

yer thats because that is the safest way to do it with the risk assesment.

If you look like picking up a few of them, it might be worth biting the bullet getting the slx, you don't want to be spending long periods hiking alloy around at 30 foot

depends, if it is a company they might already own one for jobs like this, which i guess they would do, to hire them they start around £300 per day. thats if you are trained to use one, if not then you have to hire it with a guy that puts the price up even more!

I never thought it would be worth getting a cherry picker to clean a few flats /emoticons/wacko.png unless he owns his own cherrypicker ? or something family member maybe or somethign like that ? /emoticons/tongue.png

alot of the times that is what some people would class as the safest way to do things, there are places around that has road shut off at night and that sort of machines used to clean the high streets coz that is the best way to do it, even tho they could reach with pole!

Mk I think I'd prefer the brodex at £150.. Xtel it double £ for an extra 4ft..

IF u needed the extra 4ft you can buy extensions
or reverse my van in and stand of the roof lol, Do you have a link to where I could get an extension?

I think I am just going to go with that to be honest, theres a 3 years guarantee on the pole aswell. Does anyone have any discount codes or that site? lol

Richard does carbon fibre extensions but can get a bit pricey, but I will hoke out a link for other ones I seen cheap forget where I seen them but they were red

Well thats it ordered, I really hops this is big enough!

I was watching a guy with a WFP trolley work today, Hes put me off wanting one now lol. I think I would rather have a van mounted one.
