I do COSTAS so that makes me your nemesis ( spelt correct) Mine are franchise so just depends on owners .. Find out if it's straight from head office or not . Just off to do some now as Sundays nice for easy traffic

Think this is the main factor in my experience of cleaning cafes (or anything for that matter)

If it's privately owned (inc franchise) : payments quick & fine.

Large company with accounts team / head office making payments : uh-oh!

Agreed - WESTGATE department stores - useless - then local northern company BOYES took over - brilliant

well i no all the neros shops owned by one person but are paid out of petty cash so just lining up some quotes for them as they get them done early in morn
