Leaking pump

Random question regarding my pump in the back of my van it seems to be fine for at least half the day and then it will start leaking from what I can gather the bottom of the pump and lose pressure is this normal or is the pump on the way out ?

have you checked all pipes and connections going to and from pump
 
Sounds like it's frost damaged to me....replace it.
If it is frost damage, he might be able to loosen the screws, reposition the diaphragm and tighten the screws up again. Otherwise, a replacement Shurflo diaphragm kit isn't much cheaper than replacing the pump, which is what I would do.
