Leaving water in the tank if going away.

I normally drain my tank if going away for a few days but I'm not sure if it is necessary. Would you bother to drain your tank of tap water if you were away for five days?

Any thoughts?

I would probably drain it so the weight was off the suspension and tyres, but I doubt it really matters.

Nope, I wouldn't. I went to the canaries for ten days over Christmas and left my tank with water in it, no probs. I'm off to Venice Friday, and will do the same :thumbsup:
