I think you should explain in a quick news letter that your changing to wfp
You'd be wasting your time and effort. People live busy lives, they dont care what their window cleaner has to say, believe me. Any newsletter will end up going in the bin without hesitation.

Just do the job, either wfp or trad. If anyone asks, you explain. Simple. No need to complicate things. I've had a wfp for about 8 months now and when I first got it, I simply used it. If they are curious they will ask.

Another thing that helps - have a brief description of what a wfp is and how it works on your web site. That way, you can let them know that t it is explained on your web site /emoticons/wink.png

 
Well my customers lead busy lives, but they also like knowing what they are spending there hard earned busy life money on, just do what you think your customers want, there's only you will know.

 
If a tradesman came to your home to perform a task that you requested, you would not say 'I don't like the way you are using that tool. You should use a different tool instead'.

Its the same with window cleaning. You are a tradesman. You perform the job with the tools you deem fit for the task. Don't bend over backwards to appease people or chage your working habits to make them happy. They should trust you and have faith that you will perform the task professionally. Simple as

 
Understood,But like i said, he will know which customers will give him the chance and which won't, not only that you also need your customers to let you know which (If any) are the problem windows like oxidising window seals, and concrete over the windows, old wooden frames, there are ways of cleaning these types.

There are plenty of vids on youtube to let you know what to do. I learned a lot from Glynn at ADDERS RINSE AND SHINE.....
