Liteboy Backpack faulty ?

Switched backpack on (position 1) to start a job, no power !!

However, when I switched it on to position 2, it is working as normal.

I'm guessing it is something simple to correct, or do I return it to WCW and ask for a replacement ??

I wouldn't mess around a would get it straight back and replaced.

For start if you mess with it there likely won't replace it as you have tampered with.

And second you have spent good money getting it. And you want to get what you pay for

Common fault from what I've heard. Ring them up and they'll either replace or repair
