Hi Guys

Do you give your customers a detailed pricing? How many windows & how much?

I used to do that and they email back to ask so much more information. 5 euro per window? What is pure water? No ladders? Etc. Now i just say 425 euro. Some people have no problem while others want more info. I just wonder what is the most efficient and hassle free way of quoting for commercial window cleaning?

I always provided as much info as possible on commercial quotes, what used to do my head in, is the time and effort I put into the quote and at times not even get a response, no doubt it was all part of a cost cutting exercise and I wouldn't have been the cheapest, so I have almost completely sacked off commercial work apart from two shop fronts

I just give them what they ask for, if it's just a price then that's what they get, just the price. Either verbally or by text. If they want the works then it will all done by email with copies of Insurance etc attached. I wouldn't  bother doing it all for a residential job.

Commercial work I give them a detailed list of what we are doing and a price, no confusion at a later date then , if they want extra stuff doing then a further letter is sent showing the extra jobs and additional cost .
Domestics it’s all verbal unless it’s some great mansion with complex stuff
