My DIY Van Mount Build Thread (with pics) part 5

To secure the reel in the van I cut a piece of plywood, sprayed, drilled and fixed four 22mm clips.







Then put some rubber grip on the underside of the board and 'clip' the reel in.



For warning bollards I bought blank ones. Printed off what I wanted them to read on sticky back paper and stuck onto signs.

Johnny, Just made up on microsoft paint lol then printed off my laptop onto sticky back gloss paper.

Neil, I got them from Wintecs. The cheapest I could find after all the VAT and Delivery etc........Wintecs do free Delivery.

Nice set up. I have the same collapsing extension ladder as you have there, and just kitting out my van. What do u use to keep it in situ?

I just use bungees mate, fastened to clips on the van side :thumbsup: Great things, bungees.
