Anyone else had this? Did 2 fsgs at weekend and it’s really Set it off. Been standing back further when working since but still aching

Really painful to look right down and turn head sideways

Fsg are the worst for neck ache....I use an xtreme pole and brush and dont clean more than 2 a week and very rarely get any problems now.....if you ve worked all week and weekend too then its probably tipped you over the edge....

Rest and hot and cold compresses will help....

Remember you cant use wfp day in/ day out without getting some aches and pains esp if your work longer days and weekends

If you're getting neck ache your most likely standard to close to the building or your brush angle of attack is to tight

It's always good to roll your head around and exercise your neck muscles as being stuck with your chin in the air isn't natural unless you're a toff.

Winter is neck ache season when the bitter cold mornings get to you and then it's time to wear a snood or hoodie
