Oh for forks sake!

WCF

Help Support WCF:

Hi everyone I have been busy trying to replace the motor on my panther gutter vac. Pulled off one of the forked crimped connectors and it snapped In the terminal.

I have had trouble finding another connector online which looks the same it measure approximately 3 mm from prong to prong.
Does anyone know of any stockists which would sell such a thing? Got Tuesday off so was going to go to a few electrical shops see if they can help.
Many thanks

Phone Julia at GVS she’s very helpful and sure they could send one out through the post

I've seen those before on another motor brush connections. I thought it was a Dyson DC01 but I can't seem to find any images to see it I am remembering correctly.
Does the fork attach to the brush or is it the bit that goes into the spring of the brushes?
As @Pjj suggests solder it back might be best bet.

Thanks Ched there are 2 of these connectors attached to white wires which connect to the motor. I have successfully attached one of these but it was the other one that snapped. They don`t attach to the spring. Dont know much about these things unfortunately. Will ring GVS tomorrow.
