Power up HD chain

Fed up with the chain coming off, has anyone else got the same problem with it? At least when the chain comes of the normal power up its a quicker fix than arseing about with the socket set

I have put a chain tensioner on my home made (diy) reel. Seems to help. But the project is new so time will tell

You can adjust the tension of the chain by moving the motor, have you tried this? If not get in touch with Jordan at waterworks - cracking bloke and knows his product !

To be honest I haven't and now I'm asking myself why I didn't just drop it

Mine was out of alinement too which you can also adjust. In all fairness they should come with better instructions - especially in this industry - as us window cleaners are renown for having a tinker !

After a lot of fn about and cursing it up and down I moved the motor slightly and it seems OK so far fingers crossed lol
