Power up hose reel problem

Hi again I have had power up hose reels for a bout six months and there brilliant but to day after winding in the hose is now not wanting to pull off the hose reel it ups freely for about a foot then seems to jam and so on but it  Winds in perfectly any ideas cheers Adam

No idea.  I bought the reel months ago n still not fitted it or used it.
