any good them vans heard the gearboxes always plays up
Every van has a weakness. I have had the van 2 years, no issues apart from brakes, tyres and the like. I had heard about the gearboxes before I purchased the van, put it didn't put me off, as other vans have there problems. If the gearbox goes, its gonna cost me around £300-400 to get it fixed from my local garage. I make that in 2 days.

Going to get a new one next year, well 1 year old.

Ive got a 57 plate vivaro in red love it, yeh the gearboxes do go but i bought mine off a trader and it had a new one fitted as well as the clutch, just have to hunt for one thats had a new one fitted if you cant afford a new gearbox.

I bought 4 rolls @ £9.99 from homebase... just got one side to do. Done the roof, and left hand side of the van. Will show some pics once complete.heres some pipe insulation i put round my hose from the tank and a little vid of my merlin

Lol yeah he's a friend who lives theres he put the tap there for me /emoticons/smile.png he said he can put one on my place but im renting dont know how long i will be here

Rocking Robin. Just had my friend put an outside tap for me so I don't have to call to my mums or friends house. Going to get a 4040 RO and pre-filters and fill the van up outside my house... hoping it will take 2-3hrs max to fill my 650 tank.

My 500ltr takes 3 hrs to fill , when i finish work i just connect it all up and fill up again ready for the next day

God thats a long time mate get this one and try it without a booster first and the see how long it takes, get a water pressure gauge and test your pressure and then you will know how long it will take
