Public issues with trailing hose....

WCF

Help Support WCF:

I always do on the two small commercial jobs I do, but not on residential work I work on my own and have done for over 20 years so there ain't no rams for me.
I bought a pair of small yellow cones from ebay for £26 and use them all the time, looks more professional. I worked for a few years without them till I seen a Polish windy cleaner use them and thought I better get a pair.

Your public liability insurance will cover the cost of a claim if anybody trips on your hose. All you can do really is make it neat and keep it untwisted so you don't get loops. I put a cone out occasionally but if someone decided they wanted to pretend to trip then claim, there isn't much you can do about it. Thankfully we don't have that type of culture here for the most part.
