Pump not pumping any ideas

Hi guys I'm not great with the technical side of the system so any advice/ ideas appreciated.

I have a simple delivery system as buy my pure water. It's just tank to pump to van port. When I turn controller on pump does the normal idling pump noise every few seconds or so but when I connect up hose pump doesn't fire up. Wires all look good and i can blow air through hose before and after pump so no blockages or kinks Ive tried re calibrating right up to max 99 (normally on about 35) but that doesnt work Any ideas? Anyone had similar? Thanks

It's an air lock, and I can be caused by many things, read up on it. I run pump on max, keeping the outlet above the pump pointing upwards so air can bubble out. If persistent you might have to suck the air out manually while pump is running.
