Pump running but won’t pump water

Hi I have a brand new sure clean system self install was working fine , went to work today and pump will run but will not pump water ???

Probably an air lock somewhere. Disconnect the reel and hold the coupling upwards, but below the pump, it will bubble and spit and it sort itself out in a little while.

Unfortunately it’s not even doing that ran a pipe off pump well below pump for ten minutes nothing and water is getting to left hand side of pump
