Couple of hours max for 1 man. As they have pigeon spikes on one sill they might have pigeon problems though. Not sure if you can get to the bottom of the 2nd floor windows on the 4th picture, or the 5th picture. If they do have pigeon problems I'd be after at least 30% more on a 2 monthly wash.

I do a sheltered housing complex every month, has 50 windows, 10 are double windows out of them, I get £70 for it, takes 30 mins though. It's one of the easist cleans on my hole run.

Cheers mate. I do hes hotel every month at £150 round about 70 windows takes 2hours as i do the inside just where they serve food about 10 windows. I just dont want to go in too cheap.

You do run a slight risk here if you over price it, if he thinks your price is to high then he's obviously going to get a price somewhere else, if he goes somewhere else because you went in to high then he's going to ask them to price his hotel too. You would think that scenario would be highly likely, although not guaranteed. Keep that in mind when you put your price in.

We have customers that stick with us although we are much dearer than the competition as we provide a regular reliable service to a very high standard that’s what they want they don’t want some cheap jack who will cut corners and be unreliable. Some will go with the cheapest but tge muinit sometimes along cheaper they will jump ship , that’s a race to the bottom , personally ime not interested in clients that want that .

If you recieved a quote from someone and they had went in and over priced it would you just accept it?. No, you wouldn't, just like this guy won't If he over prices it. And by over pricing it might mean him loosing his other work. No oje said anything about pricing it cheap. Just not over pricing it.

It's window cleaning, the standard is pretty much the same done by anyone if they really want it to be.

Window cleaning is different to buying a bag of spuds in Tesco , there is no right or wrong price , it’s down to each individual company to price the job as they see fit what one considers a good price for a job others wouldn’t , as an example I went to price a job today big 6 bed detached with 40 pains of glass balustrade I priced it at £125 on a 4 weekly , previous guy was doing it for £40 crazy , but he stop coming and doing it wonder why , I said this to the owner he agreed and said he was surprised how cheap it was , whether I will get the job remains to be seen but the price I have quoted is real and have many others that are very similar at that price , what one thinks is expensive others don’t .
What is over pricing a job ? Your overheads and what you want to earn per hour will be totally different to others , so quite often there is no right or wrong , but the biggest problem many window cleaners make is under valuing themselves.
