Could be daft question so here goes

When cleaning window with the pole do you use a squeegee afterwards or leave it to dry natualy

It's weird though, I still get some after nine years who can't wrap their heads round the fact that you don't follow up with a blade, when they happen to be home when and see them wet when I clean them . You have to kindly remind them that they've been happy with the results so why worry.

We have a weekly customer which I do trad, but every month (or if they are very salty) we do the whole building with WFP. They have external lettering which drips a lot with pure water in the middle of the window, so I do them with a squeegee as well, just to leave a instant perfect result. That is not the norm though, but they are our best customer and I treat them as such.

I use RO water, 0 PPM.
