Can I put a 100 psi pump in a Gardiner backpack?

I doubt the speed controller in the backpack would take the higher current. A Surflow pump can pull anything upto 9 Amps I think the little one is fused at 3 Amps.
DA Components sell a chemical rated one that says it fits the Gardiner backpack here: 12 Volt Replacement Chemical Pump for Backpacks . Also Amazon have lots of 12v pumps but finding a low current one that does 40 to 50 psi, about 4L/min the correct fittings and correct direction of flow might be tricky!

I thought they were 100psi as standard

I've got a 100psi pump in my toolbox delivery system which is 5lpm but it's not a Shurflow just the cheap Chinese ones but is still going strong after 12 months
