Rinsing the frames …..

if the windows are fairly new or the frames in good condition,i,i mean not chalky then yes clean the frames & glass in one hit ihave a larger brush with four jets just for this purpose

Chalky is right i have three of those on my round i clean the frames on a a first clean only for powder coated frames then it's glass only for monthly cleans, all that chalk just makes a mess runs all over the glass LOL.. no bother really just rinse and walk...
