Hi guys,
I think I've wrecked my booster pump that I use for my ro. It's just started tripping the electrics so cant use it. When I checked the tap pressure before the pump (which I should have done a year ago) its 10psi, so I'm thinking that the lack of pressure was making the pump work too hard for a 4040 ro. Anyone know if I'm correct in this?
The next question is, I'm going to go double DI and fill at a customers home until I get something sorted for long term. How long will an ro membrane last if it's not getting used? Is there anything I can do to keep it in a usable condition. Many thanks in advance!
