Hello,
Selling my window cleaning round due to relocation.
101 regular customers, with new growth as have a strong profile in the area. Potential for growth is good.
Around 80% BACS and 20% Cash payments
Round area covers West Norwood, Upper Norwood, Croydon, Dulwich, Streatham, Camberwell.
All WFP Residential work including Houses, Flats, Blocks and one commercial/flat job.
Round established for 5 years, all work carried out by myself.
As an extra incentive to the sale I will recommend approx 31 occasional customers who call between 1-3 times a year, adding approx £2415 to yearly earnings minimum. Any other enquires of work I receive will be forwarded to buyer with my recommendation once I have moved out.
Round customer list on excel/google sheets provided, with full details.
Weekly work schedule excel/google sheets provided.
Occasional customer list also provided.
I will personally introduce buyer to round customers where needed and happy to work along with the buyer if and where necessary for smooth transaction.
