Is that an Ionic Triton system? Perhaps you can tell us more about it,what's included, one ore two man system. Give us as much info as you can. I might be a buyer.

I am really sorry to hear it's that tough around there. What issues are you having? Perhaps the guys on here can help you turn it around? You seem to have a great setup, maybe it just needs more marketing? I imagine there is a lot of competition in Hounslow but perhaps there is something that can set you apart. Do you have a website, facebook page, have you done much marketing, canvassing etc? Starting a new business can be really tough but when you have invested so heavily in it and not seen a return it is easy to be disheartened. Let the guys here know what you have tried and maybe they can help you turn it around. It often takes a few years to get a new business going so don't feel too bad if things are tough right now. If you keep at it and maybe try some new techniques, you might get things going. Have a think about it. If you really want to just cut your losses, are you selling the van and the kit as a going concern? What price are you asking? I have just put a business plan into the British Business Bank for a startup loan and I'm waiting to hear from them. If they pull the trigger I'll give you a shout. But really, I would love to see you turn it around and make a go of it. Whatever is giving you ****, there are so many experienced people on here that can help. If you just tell them your issues and ask for advice, I reckon you could turn it around. Think positive.

I am serious I am selling it because I have health condition. Only serious offers pls . You hear me you *****
Stick it on Gumtree mate. You do need to put a price on it though. At last check there were no window cleaning systems for sale on there so it would be a good time to use it.

You really do need to put a price on it. You also shouldn't be shocked at how much you'll get. What you paid isn't relevant, when you bought it they professionally installed it, set it up and provided a guarantee. You are doing none of those things.

For perspective I bought a 700 (possibly a 650) litre one, the chap delivered it, a 300 mile round trip, I paid him £1300. That wasn't in quite as good nick as yours & was delivery only but it was of course bigger. 400 Litre systems are only really good for one man set ups. If I were you I'd whack it up at £2300-2500 and negotiate your way down to whatever you need to in order to get rid.
