felt lousy today, maybe too much celebrating over weekend, football.
went to take dog out tonight, got 2 feet out the front door, started shivering uncontrolably, felt freezing. lasted around 10 minutes, its happened before a lot of years ago. heating on, 2 fleeces, 1 hoody fleece.
need to work , holliday soon. hopefully better tomorrow.
usually kidney infection i think. hot lemon and honey drink,+ asprins red hot today.
