Heepers Jeepers! 4 or 5 a day? I'd also be lucky to get that many a week!

I could 2 in a day or maybe 3 if they were all next door to each other, but that never happens. However I do charge more like £80 - 90.

I only do gutters fascias by hand, although a 6 or 10 inch applicator on the end of a long pole works too. I charge £1 a metre for emptying gutter, same again for cleaning the gutter and same again for cleaning fascia. So for the full works 3 a metre. Average size 3 bed semi £60-70 and I find most happy to have it done annually. Fairly easy to knock off 4 or 5 a day-so quite good money really!

I use the gardiner soft cladding brush, its great for gutters and plastics. Get a hozelock 5ltr pump sprayer and 3 lance extensions and mix up a fairly strong mix of ubik, it just melts the dirt off, won't do much for tiger stripes though, nothing but elbow grease will shift them!!
