Splitter After RO, Before DI

@Dave B, I think you said you have a splitter so when you first start producing pure the higher TDS water doesn't go to the DI until its come down. Got a pick or what you use to divert the water please?

 
I can take a pic in the light tomorrow but basically you need a y or t piece in the pipe that goes from ro to di

That has 2 taps on (1 on each pipe from the y or t)

1 goes to di and 1 goes on the floor or drain (only a minutes worth of water so no need to go to drain)

Turn ro on with tap to di closed and tap to floor/drain open

Once it has run for a minute or 2 close the drain 1 and open the one to di

As simple as that really

Inhave two JG valves that bypass my Di run for a couple of minutes while filling my van similar to yours.
