Spotless water invoicing

Hi, when you add expenses do you save the invoice that spotless sends you (for example depositing £500 in your account) or every receipt every time you fill up? (£5 here £10 there)

If £500 has left the buisness and the money isn't in your account then I'd imagine itl be a £500 expense in that finacial period so put it through as £500.
 
@alorawindowcleaning I would put the £500 or whatever amount you have paid out. I think it you login to spotless it will tell you how much you have used/spent each fill-up, but I would use the receipt for the payment you've made to them.
 
So no need to download all of the receipts everytime i take out water? Just put £500 invoice as an expense?

Just the original £500 receipt would be needed, but hey, if you get a receipt showing the £500 you originally pay in and they give you a new receipt every time then put it in twice, i dont think the receipt would show a sale value if you had £500 of credit in it though, so you wouldnt be able to put it through twice,
