spotless without fob

Have just joined spotless as my usual place is temporarily down. Need water now but fobs not here yet, they say you can pay by card, and when i tried registering my card it has a link thing. I dont use a smartphone, so can i just pay by card at the station and use my card without link? The link thing asks for a payment amount etc but I dont know what that is till i fill up. Hate this technology lol

Yes you can but might be charged more, if they do try to charge you more just ring them and tell them your situation. Always found them very helpful.

@ks789 if you log in I think it has your fob number listed and you can type it in to the spotless screen at the depot and it brings up your account, balance etc. If you ring them they are very helpful. You can also pay by card. It pre-authorises a certain amount (like a pay at pump petrol station) but you only actually end up being charged for what you dispense.

Thanks both, yes was fine, payed the higher PAYG rate but michelle at accounts will credit me the difference.
