Afternoon guys,

Slowly getting to grips with Squeegy and it's Go Cardless integration. Problem I have at the moment , I have a customers who pays for her own windows on Go Cardless and also pays for her daughters on same Go cardless account.

What's the best way to do this on squeegy as I can't see that I can add them Go cardlese account to two customers

Thanks

My solution is to use the one customer who pays as the customer for both jobs. Message Squeegee as they have always been very helpful when I have a question.

The solution is probably the same as with cleaner planner, save the email address linked to the go cardless account on both job files. I've had GC for 5 years or more, that seems to work for me.

Evening,

Thanks for the replies, unfortunately the adding of the email address did not sync the additional customer. I contacted Squeegee through the platform and they we were very quick in coming back with a solution..............

Hi Chris,

Unfortunately, there is no way to connect two GC mandates to one Squeegee customer. Instead, I think the best option here is to merge the two customers. To do this, you can head to the Customers screen and use the pink three dots to 'Merge Customers'.

The first customer to select should be the one receiving the merged data so this would be Sue Baugh. You can then select 31A Simmonds Way. This way, her daughter's jobs/addresses, etc will be merged into Sue's file and they will show up on the planner as separate jobs but they will share one Finance page, and Sue's GC will be charged for both jobs upon completion.

Before completing this action, you should first head to Settings > Data > Manage Backups > Run a Manual Backup Now.

Hope this helps!

Best wishes,
