    Will having steel hose connectors affect the DI process giving an unexpected reading?

    Tap water is 65 but only changes to 55 after DI tank, ps I stopped the resin coming out onto the window.

    Have you got the in/out outlets the correct way around?

    Have you tried testing the water straight from the DI with no hose on? You hose could be contanminated

    Try plastic hose connectors, steel will rust and could cause some problems
