Stick on hooks residue.

Got a fsg etc all day job on a house on Thursday.

The previous owners stuck some of them stickon plastic hooks on the lower fascia presumably to hang Xmas lights.

Some have come off leaving a residue behind on the fascia...what's best for removing this?

Think she wants the others taking off as well...they do look sh*te...so maybe 8 patches of it.

Because I want to.....am charging enough so I'll just have a steady day.

6 bed house gutters internally and externally...fascias and soffits to 4 sides...all windows and frames plus doors.

09.30 start.

Solvent cleaner will do the trick, I buy mine from a local plastics supplier for about £2.50 a litre. Other than that any sticky label remover, if your short of time and can’t find anything in the shops WD40 works a treat- you’ll just need a degreaser/TFR to remove the resin due from that then!!!!

Pink stuff is the best I have used for old black sticky sellotape residue maybe give that a try.
