tank not filling!

hi everyone,trying to fill my tank as usual but for some reason its not working.

i have the green light when i turn on the fill switch but my gauge is showing zero water pressure and no water is entering the tank.

ive checked the hose and theres water coming throught the hose fine but not entering the tank.

any ideas would be really appreciated

are the pipes that feed the tank frozen ?

Is your cut off solenoid working ok ?

It's definitely not frozen.

Everything seems to be working but I'll try and check everything again.

I'm not very technical minded so really struggle when something goes wrong.
