Water tank filling issue

Just purchased a 350 litre framed budget system but no instructions came with it.
Wandering how long it takes to fill the 350 litre tank?
Water pressure from outside tap is about 30 psi. Seem to get a lot of waste water with only a trickle going into tank.
Roughly had water supply on for 10 hours & 350 litre tank is about 1/5th full
Any ideas why so slow??

It’s a 600gpd ro so realistically in ideal conditions you would get about 400gpd but the biggest issue is water pressure
You will need a booster pump as 30psi is about a third of what you need to run it properly
