Membrane rejection rate is fine. If you can kink the waste water hose to reduce the waste a bit more then time your pure. If the production increases then you know the gate valve needs changing.

If you do not see much difference then you probably have a higher pressure membrane.

Hi doug. I'm still not getting any better results tbh. Still around the 2 min mark pure and 30 odd seconds waste.  I looked in the gate valve and it does have a hole drilled init I'd say about 2mm hole.

Sorry should have read all of this post.

Just seen you purchased this from TCW. So your membrane will be a Wave Cyber membrane rated at 150 PSI to get full performance.

If you look at their website they advise 25 litres in 15 mins at 80 psi. So 1.66 litres the best you will get at 80 psi.

Compare this with our systems at 80 psi  a litre every 40/50 secs.

Unfortunately there is not much you can do unless you invest in a booster pump that does 150 psi which I don’t there is one suitable.
