yea, I’ve only had it 6 weeks & used it 6 times. I needed it 2 weeks ago, battery went as customer attempted contactless payment, charged it then once last week. Switched it on yesterday after your comment & battery low again. So decided to contact them. I don’t need it all that much tbf but they are useful ??
