Thinking of taking on my first employee

Hi.  Can anyone advise how I go about employing my first full time employee.  I have a WFP system and am thinking of getting another van and expanding slightly.  

Who do I get professional business information from i.e. what their rights would be plus obviously mine?  Contracts?  Sick pay/holiday/pension/NI etc etc.  

If anyone can help on this forum or pm please it would be much appreciated.
