Probably not helpful as I've no experience of pressure washing but cant help thinking a tin or 2 of masonry paint would sort it!

I did this exact job in May. I have a karcher k4 with the vari nozzle which allows you to decrease pressure as needed. I found that nozzle on full was enough to easily remove the dirt but not destroy the render. Full power pressure washer will make it flake off. As for price, I charged £75 for one side of the bungalow. Took me 45 mins

Any chemicals needed to shift the red ??? Guessing the dirt would just wash off
