Tips on applying cleaning solution without using a ladder

Hi first post today. 

Im just starting out and was curious on how people apply their preffered cleaning solution (im trying razor) to the upper windows while on the ground (wfp) 

As im only just starting out i havent bought a da applicator or a seperate back pack so i could spray the frames that way...   Would a pressured spray bottle and  wand reach 1st floor windows/sofits.   Any advice on how you tackle this would be brilliant thanks.

Just spray a little bit of it on the brush head, turn on a low flow and scrub, then clean normally after a minute or 2.
