Ok guys, so I took the decision to cease trading for the time being (This isn't a discussion on wether thats the right choice or not) and I'm trying to figure out the best way to pick up trading once I start again.

My business is run on 6 weekly cleans with 1 or 2 days a week windows and another day per week set aside for one-offs and add ons. My initial plan was to just pause so, for arguments sake, say we were locked down for 1 month, everyone would have their clean 1 month later than planned when I start again. But I have also been thinking about the possibility of only skipping cleans as they come up so some might end up with 12 weeks between cleans but others may not have any change in their schedule.

If you've stopped how are you doing it? If not what wold you do in my situation?

No one knows how long the clampdown will be, some might be going 6 months without a clean if this continues unabated. When we know for certain we can all go back then you will know more. I won't be planning anything currently, just hope I'm not going back in September to a round full of very dirty windows.

Never mind the windows we have a grass mowing round thats on hold ? can you imagine having to sort that nightmare out? 15 ish properties all mowed fortnightly it will be up to our necks by the time we get back to that if this carries on

Would've thought being Welsh you'd just borrow a few sheep and tether them on the gardens, job done  :2_thumbs_up_-_animated:

Yeah that’s fair; I’m overthinking it... way too much time on my hands haha

I'll look on it as a small opportunity to sort out and refine all the rounds so that they are  balanced and not too top heavy and plan for the months ahead......silver linings and all that..
