Two man lpg

So looking to add lpg to my system, have a gas safe guy happy to install..

My question is what is the ideal set up for two men? Lpg wise.

Also I stay in a cold part of the UK, and have no power supply to the van overnight so are there any other precautions I can take to limit frost risk
